Pack & Ship:
If prompted to return your items, pack them in a box and attach the shipping label. Hand it over to your carrier, and we’ll take care of the rest.
How long does it take to process a return?
We’re dedicated to processing your requests as quickly as possible. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the exchange or refund has been initiated, generally within 24 hours or less.
If it doesn't fit or the product is not what I want, can I get a free refund?
As long as you have not used it, you can enjoy free return and exchange, and the return postage will be borne by the company
